Flight Patterns, a bronze sculpture by Dennis Smith, was gifted to North Yarmouth Academy (NYA) by Roger and Margot Milliken to commemorate the opening of NYA’s Lower School in 2013.

Brad Choyt, headmaster at the time said, “We are thrilled to have this beautiful statue of a boy playing, in honor of the opening of our Lower School. It’s a reminder of how play and enjoyment are an integral part of our Lower School program.”

About the Artist: Dennis Smith, of Alpine, Utah, is a figurative artist who creates unique pieces using the ancient bronze process. Dennis’s work and presence has been a driving force in sculpture in the United States for the last 40 years.
